MIAU is a clothing store focused on comfortable, versatile garments designed to suit different body types and lifestyles.

We strive to display product information as clearly as possible, including photos, descriptions, colors, sizes, and relevant details.

However, colors may vary slightly depending on the screen of the device from which the store is viewed.

Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability.

In the event that a purchased product is unavailable due to an inventory error, we will contact you to offer a solution, such as an exchange for another product, waiting for replenishment, or a refund of the amount paid, as appropriate.

Prices and Payments

Prices published in the store are expressed in Peruvian Soles.

MIAU reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, discounts, or commercial conditions at any time, without affecting already confirmed purchases.

Orders will be processed once the corresponding payment is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

After making a purchase, MIAU may contact you via WhatsApp to confirm order details, shipping address, size, color, or any information necessary to properly manage the dispatch.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter correct and complete data when making a purchase.

Shipping

We ship to Lima and provinces through available logistics operators, such as Olva Courier and Shalom.

Delivery times may vary depending on the area, dispatch availability, holidays, high demand, or external factors to the courier.

MIAU is not responsible for delays caused directly by the logistics operator, but we will provide support to track the order.

Exchanges for Incorrect Size

If you chose an incorrect size, you must contact MIAU as soon as possible through our official customer service channels.

The request will be evaluated based on stock availability, garment condition, and time elapsed since order receipt.

To request a size exchange, the garment must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unstained, odorless, with tags and original packaging.

Shipping costs associated with an incorrect size exchange will be assumed by the customer, unless the error was MIAU's responsibility.

Warranty for Manufacturing Defect

MIAU's warranty applies only in cases of manufacturing defects.

A manufacturing defect is considered any defect inherent to the garment's manufacturing or production that affects its normal use, provided it has not been caused by improper use, incorrect washing, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.

To request a review for a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact MIAU by sending photos or videos of the product and details of the issue.

Once the case has been reviewed, MIAU may offer a product exchange, repair, credit note, or refund, as appropriate.

Cases Where Warranty Does Not Apply

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage caused by misuse of the garment.
• Incorrect washing or failure to follow care instructions.
• Stains, odors, tears, or alterations generated after delivery.
• Natural wear and tear from use.
• Products modified, interfered with, or repaired by third parties.
• Changes requested outside the period communicated by MIAU.
• Garments without tags, used, washed, or in poor condition.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to evaluation, stock availability, and compliance with the conditions indicated by MIAU.

Exchanges will not be accepted for garments that show signs of use, washing, stains, odors, deterioration, or that do not have their tags and original packaging.

MIAU reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the necessary conditions.

Garment Care

Each customer is responsible for following the garment care instructions.

We recommend washing according to the indicated instructions, avoiding the use of aggressive products, and handling garments with care to preserve their shape, color, and quality.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, and special benefits are subject to validity, availability, and specific conditions.

Discounts are not cumulative, unless MIAU expressly states otherwise.

Store Use

The customer agrees to use the store appropriately, providing real information and avoiding any fraudulent, improper use, or use that could affect the website's operation.

MIAU may cancel orders if it detects false information, suspicious behavior, obvious pricing errors, or misuse of promotions.
